This year, exhibitors will enter via the Catering Entrance, just past the public car park. You’ll be directed to your designated area upon arrival. If you’re staying for the full event, feel free to bring seating to place next to your exhibit. Please remove your ignition key if leaving your vehicle unattended.
Each car will receive one or two complimentary wristbands on arrival, which include entry for the driver and a guest, and a voucher for one BBQ meal and two non-alcoholic drinks per person (drinks will be available at the Garden Pavilion Bar or Horsebox trailer).
Each car is entitled to a maximum of two wristbands. Additional entry tickets can be purchased on the day at the following rates:
Adults – £16.00, Children age 3 to 14 – £12.00, Infants age 0 to 2 years – free of charge
These prices include access to the Adventure Play Fair. Entry to the Play Fair is subject to availability and all children must be accompanied by an adult. For full guidelines please see the website: https://thursfordadventureplayfair.com/ .
If you need to leave before 5 PM, there will a designated area for those leaving early to minimise disruption, please remind us on arrival if this applies to you.
All exhibitors must be in place by 10:00 AM so we will meet at a location to be decided at 9am ish. The event opens to non exhibitors at 11:00 AM.
Dogs are welcome in outdoor areas only. They must be kept on a lead at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
