5th September 2026 – Thornage Hall Fete
17 cars assembled for Thornage Hall Fete. As promised, this was a fine day out. There was lot’s to do and see in beautiful surroundings. We had many wins on the Tombola and success on the raffle. But the highlight of the day, for some of us at least, was the triumphs in the dog…
22nd August 2026 – Meet & Display
On a pleasant morning, 20 cars assembled in Fakenham market place. Sadly, it’s the last time we’ll see John’s Audi; it’s off to a new home.
20th August 2026 – Visit to Anglia Car Auctions
23 people attended the open evening at Anglia Car Auctions. It was generally agreed that this was an excellent event and we hope that it will become a regular on the calendar. Many thanks to ACA for hosting us. And thanks also to Jim for the photos.
Overstrand Fete – 26th July
Thanks to Jack for organising our visit to the always enjoyable Overstrand Fete. We had plenty of tombola wins between us.
BBQ at The Cottage
A huge thanks to Jim and Judy for hosting the BBQ in their garden. Excellent weather, excellent company, a generous raffle and mainly good food. Pity about the onions. The BBQ raised over £260.
25th July 2026 – Meet & Display
We had the best turn out yet for our monthly Meet and Display. So good in fact that we nearly had to turn people away.
19th July – Mike Tomlin Rally
Despite some slightly inaccurate route instructions, very nearly everybody found their way round the 60mile route. And some people made it up where necessary. Sadly, we had a visit to the Gallow from the RAC for one entrant. The day raised £280.20 after costs from entries and a further £150 was taken on the raffle…
11th July – Burnham Market Carnival
We mustered 7 cars for the parade and another 5 that went straight to the playing field. As always, the Carnival was immaculately organised and was a great day out for locals and visitors alike.
